We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of all parties involved.

Request a Date

In order to review our availability, please send an email to booking@bubbaburnslaw.com. My legal assistant and daughter, Skylar, will provide you with our availability calendar. Once you select a date and time, Skylar will confirm it. Once confirmed, please send Skylar and my litigation package specialist, Norma, an email with the following information:

  1. Names of the handling attorneys for the parties in lawsuit including their physical addresses, email addresses, and the parties they represent. Also, a scheduling order will suffice to provide us with this information.
  2. The names and email addresses of legal assistants who will need a Zoom invitation.
  3. The names and email addresses of the personnel who need a copy of our invoice and W-9.
  4. Style of the case

Note on Documentation: Once we receive this information, Bubbas mediation package specialist, Norma, will send our mediation package to all parties. This includes:

  • Formal Invoice & W-9
  • Mediation Rules & Procedures
  • Pre-Mediation Questionnaire

Please send the completed questionnaire and any documents you want reviewed to Bubba at the email address below. While the questionnaire is not mandatory, completing it in advance helps accelerate the process and ensures Bubba is fully briefed on the nuances of your case.
